(“Rastegar Property Company”), a technology focused private equity real estate company based in Austin, TX. As an entrepreneur, he has built portfolios as an investor, developer and manager spanning 38 cities and 13 states encompassing over 5,000,000 sq ft of properties. Since launching Rastegar Property Company, Ari has led the firm by building portfolios of multifamily properties specializing in vintage apartment complexes and acquiring key land locations for development into multi-family and commercial properties.
Prior to Rastegar Property Company, Ari successfully launched and managed multiple private equity funds designed for institutional and high net worth investors. The funds focused on providing income and growth while effectively managing risk in building private equity and real estate portfolios.
He has also been active in working with other real estate professionals to provide capital and partner on projects across multiple asset classes including multifamily, self-storage, office, retail and industrial. Through all of his efforts, Ari has developed a professional and personal network that provides his unique access to select real estate opportunities and capital sources.
Ari is a graduate of Texas A&M and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary’s University Law School. He was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 2009 and is currently in good standing. Originally from Austin Texas, he has spent time building his career in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas only to come back to Austin to launch Rastegar Property Company. He currently resides in Austin spending his free time with his wife and three children as well as operating as Chairman for the Rastegar Family Foundation.

As President one of Austin’s fastest growing real estate investment and asset management firm, Neal will provide oversight to Rastegar’s investments in residential, office, industrial and retail properties. Neal has an impressive track record in building successful organizations in the real estate industry along with a focus on asset management, investments and operational best practices. And, most notably, Neal is able to combine his unique balance of real estate expertise along with business acumen necessary to support the evolution of Rastegar Property Company as a technology enabled, next generation real estate investment and asset management firm.
Prior to joining Rastegar Property Company, Neal served as President and Vice Chairman of the Texas Region of Newmark, a leading institutional full service real estate company. In that role, he was responsible for operations and business development strategies for the state of Texas. Mr. Golden had oversight of client relations, strategic planning, profitability and high-level industry pursuits, and he fostered the growth of Newmark’s residential, office, industrial and retail market divisions in Texas.
A 15 time Deal of the Year award winner across the United States, Mr. Golden is regarded as an expert in the industry by Real Estate Forum and Commercial Property News. He is a featured speaker and guest lecturer around the country, including National Real Estate Investor.
Mr. Golden is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the advisory board of The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Golden is active on behalf of the MS Foundation, where he was honored in 2013 and participated in fund raising campaigns for the American Cancer Society. Previously, he was an investment analyst for the Texas Pension Review Board, overseeing defined-benefit pension plans in Texas. He performed asset allocation and performance analysis, investment manager review, and researched industry best practices. Prior to that, he was a municipal bond analyst for the Texas Bond Review Board analyzing debt issuances for the state of Texas. His work in the public sector involved a diverse range of stakeholders, including legislators, pension boards, consultants and the public. In the private sector, he worked as a consultant for Bloomberg LP where he performed research and analysis in Economic Statistics and Bloomberg Industries with a focus on REITs and Real Estate. Most recently, Marc was responsible for portfolio management for Rastegar Property Company. He has been responsible for acquisitions, due diligence, financial analysis and modeling, and coordinating capital market transactions for the firm and its affiliates. Additionally, he developed investment policy and criteria, advised on market and economic conditions, and provided reviews on business strategy and asset management.
Marc has an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he has passed the Level II CFA examination. Originally from Austin, Texas, he currently resides in Bastrop with his three children. Marc enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and exploring central Texas.

Expand BioAnthony G. “Tony” Falterman is a Director of Rastegar Property Company and brings his extensive career as a lawyer, District Attorney and pension board member. After graduating from Louisiana State University law school in 1970, Mr. Falterman entered into private practice. In 1975, he was elected as the youngest Sheriff in the history of Assumption Parish, Louisiana where he implemented the first self-insurance program for Louisiana sheriffs. He worked closely with Lloyd’s of London and other financial services firms for more than 10 years while managing and expanding the statewide self-insurance program. Building on his successes, Mr. Falterman served as the Legislative Committee Chairman for 14 years working directly with the State of Louisiana Governor and Legislature to address statewide law enforcement issues. Mr. Falterman was elected as the District Attorney for Assumption Parish, Louisiana in 1990 and was selected as the Louisiana District Attorney of the Year in 1998.
Mr. Falterman joined the Louisiana District Attorney Retirement System Pension Fund in 1999 and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2007. Mr. Falterman helped to lead the expansion of the Pension Fund into alternative investments and worked diligently for the Pension Fund and its participants. In his free time, Mr. Falterman enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, speaking and continuing to enjoy being active and participating in all of the great outdoor sporting activities that Louisiana offers.
